I've always had a soft spot for [Julian Jabre's Swimming Places](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HyYsQTeKlJ8&pp=ygUcanVsaWVuIGphYnJlIHN3aW1taW5nIHBsYWNlcw%3D%3D), so I started creating a remix. On my way, I sort of got lost and ended up creating something that certainly has its roots in Swimming Places, but isn't entirely a remix either. It has this tropical house vibe, lots of rolling guitars and quite a nice rolling bass.

Swimming Everywhere

More piano madness for this one. The vocal is AI (again) and with this one I tried to make something a little darker, but with some vocal. So there isn't actually much singing, but there a lot of chops, echoey bits and some wailing. The track has 3 drops, bags of pianos and a bit in the middle that has strings from the 90s. Lovely.

Hold It (Just A Little Longer)

Another rambling mix, keeping things quick and breezy. Track selection doesn't always run together, but hey - we're having fun, right?

In The Air

Whilst this has its fingers in Fleetwood Mac's Big Love, it was actually a remix of Linus Loves version VH1 initially. You can likely hear the re-created chords. Linus did a version of Fleetwood Mac's Stand Back (with Sam Obernik) and I munged the simple "stand back" vocal with the Big Love/VH1 chords. 

Very little, other than inspiration for the chords however remains of either song. This is peak 2000s accessible house material (Stonebridge, Gadjo, Modjo etc.). It is perhaps a little too "radio", than I would like, but it does have mixable run-ins and outs.

Stand Back

A tech rub-down of the original Stand Back. It's akin to the movie Inception, the original was VH1 by Linus Loves, which was itself a remix of Fleetwood Mac's Big Love. Stand Back was a munge of the two and Stevie Nick's Stand Back. Now we've folded over again for a tech version!

Hugo Cantarra's Edit was the basis for this rerub and all the credit is his and Claptone's. This version is shortened, chopped up and heavily processed so it can be played in sets.
